Fair Use Policy

While we offer unlimited data plans, we reserve the right to manage network traffic during peak usage periods to ensure quality service for all customers.

4. Billing and Payment

Monthly charges are billed in advance

Payment is due by the date specified on your bill

Late fees may apply to overdue accounts

Service may be suspended for non-payment

You are responsible for all charges until service is properly cancelled

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our services for:

Illegal activities or violation of any applicable laws

Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

Unauthorized access to other networks or systems

Sending spam or unsolicited communications

Activities that interfere with network performance

Reselling services without authorization

6. Equipment

Company Equipment

Equipment remains property of OZ INTERNET AND CABLE EXPERT LLC.

You are responsible for care and return of equipment

Damage or loss charges may apply

Equipment must be returned within 30 days of service cancellation

Customer Equipment

You are responsible for your own devices and equipment. We are not liable for any damage to customer equipment.

7. Service Availability and Performance

We strive for 99.9% service uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service

Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

Service may be affected by weather, power outages, or other external factors

Speed and performance may vary based on network conditions and usage

8. Limitation of Liability

OZ INTERNET AND CABLE EXPERT LLC's liability is limited to the monthly service charges. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Cancellation and Termination

30 days written notice required for cancellation

Early termination fees may apply if under contract

Equipment must be returned as specified

By Company

We may terminate service for violation of terms

Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination

30 days notice for non-cause terminations

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or postal mail 30 days in advance. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
